1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the user and the bdt baji platform and all services provided under it. These terms apply to the use of casino games, sports betting, fishing games and virtual casino services provided through bdt baji's website, mobile app or any other channel.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

bdt baji reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The most recently amended version will always be available on this page and will be considered effective from the date of publication.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms, and bdt baji reserves the right to close all accounts involved. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same mobile number, the same device, or the same network is also covered by this policy.

2.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Your name, mobile number, date of birth and any other required details must be truthful. Providing false information may result in the account being closed at any time, and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not share your account details with anyone or allow others to operate your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bdt baji's support centre immediately.

• Use a strong password containing letters, numbers and special characters.
• Be careful when logging in from an unfamiliar device or a public network.
• Do not share your login or OTP details with anyone.
• Always log out when you are done.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

At any stage of registration, bdt baji reserves the right to verify identity and age through a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. Certain services, including withdrawals, may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

If documents requested for identity verification are not provided in time, the account may be suspended. This process is carried out to protect users and prevent fraudulent activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdt baji currently supports transactions through the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These methods can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳500 and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is also ৳500. No transaction below this amount will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this may take longer in cases involving identity verification or technical issues.

4.4 Account Ownership Verification

The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the account holder. Transactions made using a third party's account may be reversed and the account may be subject to investigation.

• Fill in transaction details correctly — bdt baji will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• It is advisable not to submit a new withdrawal request while one is already being processed.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for verification purposes.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdt baji offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit of the required amount must be made, and a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be usable on specified games or betting markets.
• Your own deposited funds may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but in that case the bonus will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless bdt baji specifically permits it.
• A bonus applies only once — any attempt by an individual to claim a bonus multiple times or through multiple accounts will result in cancellation.
• bdt baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The bdt baji VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver and up to 1.5% for Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week.

For example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular activity and engagement with the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Principles

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed. bdt baji reserves the right to void bets in cases involving technical errors or incorrect odds. Bets placed at incorrect odds may subsequently be declared void, in which case the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game and betting results are determined by the provider's software using a third-party verified Random Number Generator (RNG). If there is a dispute over any result, it must be reported to the support centre, and bdt baji's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or any activity intended to circumvent bonus terms.
• Collusion (coordinated cheating between two or more players).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

bdt baji believes that sports and gaming are meant for enjoyment, and we are committed to ensuring they never become a problem. Following the responsible gaming guidelines is important for every user.

Users on our platform can set their own deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits. If any user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can use the self-exclusion feature or contact us for support.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. It is advised to withdraw any available balance before closing the account. If there are any pending bonuses or transactions at the time of closure, they will be automatically cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdt baji

bdt baji may suspend or permanently close any account without warning for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdt baji is committed to providing a quality service through its platform. However, bdt baji accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
• Situations arising from software errors by third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own inadvertent disclosure of their details.
• Service unavailability during unplanned technical maintenance.
• Situations arising from external causes such as natural disasters or communication infrastructure failures.

In all circumstances, bdt baji's total liability will be limited to the amount deposited or wagered in the relevant transaction.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these terms or the use of bdt baji's services will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Should a dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual agreement.
